Accountabilities: Project manages multiple simultaneous re-engineering, conversion, upgrade and enhancement projects, project scoping and workflow mapping, through to programming, testing, roll-out, and post-implementation support. Translates business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Relied upon to handle programming requirements for high complexity applications, with hands-on involvement in the design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Serves as a primary point of liaison and problem-solving collaboration between team members, end-users, other system departments and external service providers. Establishes performance standards based on best-practice methodologies.
Project Management Achievements: Implement upgrades of both ATM and POS transaction processing system to EMV/CHIP base processing from Magnetic Strip transaction processing. Project Management Achievements: Re-engineered the IMN and Draft Capture Spearheaded the conversion of voice authorization legacy systems to TCP/IP HISO processing. Led the upgrade from Visa Access Point (VAP) to Visa Extended Access (VEA).

Designed and developed programs and macros to improve the efficiency and stability of Tandem Operator, and provide functionality for querying databases and gathering transaction statistics. Tested, certified and activated Point-of-Sale merchants, and provided configuration and troubleshooting support for PC’s within the corporate LAN.
